Many customers will encounter problems with customized products. How to solve them? First, figure out if it's the supplier's mess-up or your order getting screwed.If it's the supplier's problem: 1. Get him to comp you or remake it and ship it out.If it's the Client's problem:1.Place a new order and tell the supplier to produce and manufacture as soon as possible.2.For safe production, confirm all product information with suppliers before mass production.
